We are looking for an enthusiastic Keyholder to join our team at Club Monaco! As a Keyholder, you will be an integral part of our retail team and will help provide our customers with a unique and unforgettable shopping experience. You will be responsible for managing operational tasks and collaborating with store associates to ensure customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate should bring a passion for retail and a natural ability to build relationships with customers and store associates. Responsibilities:

1. Implement store operational standards and ensure the store meets all customer service expectations.
2. Assist in opening and closing the store, including performing cashier duties.
3. Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of product and sales process.
4. Monitor sales floor activity and take appropriate action to ensure sales goals are met.
5. Maintain store displays and merchandising standards.
6. Assist with training and supervising store associates.
7. Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Address customer complaints and provide superior customer service.
9. Handle cash, credit, and check transactions accurately.
10. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.
