As an Instructional Program Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our students by providing administrative and logistical support to our faculty and students.   1. Provide administrative support to faculty by organizing and maintaining instructional materials, such as lesson plans, handouts, and presentations.
  2. Assist in the coordination and scheduling of classes, workshops, and other instructional activities.
  3. Communicate with students, faculty, and staff to ensure smooth operation of instructional programs.
  4. Help maintain student records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  5. Participate in student recruitment and retention efforts by providing information about instructional programs and opportunities.
  6. Assist students with registration, enrollment, and other administrative processes.
  7. Monitor and track student progress and provide support and resources as needed.
  8. Collaborate with faculty to develop and implement instructional strategies and materials.
  9. Act as a liaison between faculty and other departments, such as financial aid and student services.
  10. Maintain an organized and efficient work environment by managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  11. Attend meetings and trainings as required to stay updated on college policies and procedures.
  12. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Uphold college values and policies, and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree Or Higher In Education, Instructional Design, Or Related Field.

  • Prior Experience Working In An Educational Setting, Preferably In A Support Role.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills To Effectively Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Instructors, Students, And Other Staff Members.

  • Knowledge Of Instructional Technology And Learning Management Systems, Such As Canvas Or Blackboard, To Assist With Online Course Development And Delivery.
