Credentials and Student Completion Specialist
The Credentials and Student Completion Specialist reviews and establishes college placement based on existing measures, evaluates and determines credentials equivalency and post transfer credit to student academic records, reviews and audits student academic records. Review degree audit program for completion; post degree/certificate to student records. Compile and audit reports to award certificates under 45 credits. Conduct research to identify students who are 10-15 credits short of completing a certificate and/or degree. Build and update queries to filter data and identify potential completers. Review course descriptions from transfer colleges for CPTC general education course equivalency. Review and process admission applications. Assist with posting course repeats to student academic records.
Two years of customer services and clerical work experience in a professional office environment
Two years of experience with data entry in an electronic database.
Ability to speak a regionally top spoken language other than English (Spanish, Chinese, Korean).
