
IT Support Specialist
The IT Support Specialist will work as part of a passionate, agile Information Security and IT Operations team dedicated to delivering compliant, leading-edge systems and security to both our employees and customers. Provide stellar, proactive and personal technology support to our growing staff. Be the go-to subject matter expert for laptops, desktops, tablets and phones. Manage A/V equipment in conference rooms and common areas. Manage ticketing workflow for incidents and requests. Develop and maintain both user-friendly and technical documentation. Ensure that all end-user equipment deployed is up-to-date and functioning securely. Closely manage IT and user-deployed inventory.
3+ years of experience in supporting end-user computer software and hardware in a mixed Windows/Mac office environment
2+ years of desktop imaging and deployment technologies
Strong knowledge of Windows 10, OSX
Experience managing Office 365
Experience supporting end-user VoIP software and equipment
Ability to work flexible hours when needed, rack/stack equipment and lift up to 50 LBS
