If you enjoy solving the puzzle of how to present complex, technical information in comprehensive, well organized, and easy to understand documentation, then this is the job and company for you. Write technical content including installation, how-to, administration, or run books supporting the Cloudera Security content. The content must be suitable for technical audiences such as security and system administrators, or data cluster operators. Test software to understand how the products work, to validate procedures, and contribute to the usability of the software. Publish content using tools and infrastructure of the Content Development team at Cloudera.
3+ years of writing experience or experience in the technical field of security.
Knowledge of Hadoop security concepts such as authorization and encryption.
Experience using Linux (Red Hat Enterprise, Ubuntu, or SUSE)
Knowledge of typical IT or data cluster job tasks, or better yet, experience doing them.
Ability to be flexible and to adapt to changing responsibilities, situations, tools, and requirements
