Job Description

As a Director of Engineering at Cloudbeds, you will lead a global engineering team to deliver best in class software solutions to hotel properties in 150 countries. Lead and scale a rapidly growing, global engineering organization. Work with our recruiting team to hire top talent across the globe. Partner closely with leadership and product to deliver high-impact products. Develop, align, and guide department-wide initiatives promoting technical excellence, innovation, engagement, and diversity. Manage engineers and managers, driving a healthy and productive engineering organization. Promote excellent performance through onboarding, training, and career development programs. Partner with finance to manage the engineering budget.

Job Qualifications

  • 15+ years experience in Software Engineering.

  • 10+ years experience developing software, preferably SaaS.

  • 10+ years experience managing software engineers and architects.

  • 5+ years experience managing managers and multiple teams.

  • Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket) a plus
