
Disability Administrator
Processes and analyzes voluntary disability, long-term disability and paid family leave claims and data. Coordinates claims benefit between injured employees and insurance carriers and self-insurance fund. Works with constituents throughout the colleges to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of claims and benefit payments. Compiles statistical data from claims experience. Provides the Human Resources Committee, the Business and Financial Affairs Committee and other management groups with regular reports and updates to assist in identifying trends. Supervisor and Employee Training.
Minimum of three years of experience in leave management.
Demonstrates initiative through early identification of problems and resourcefulness in timely resolution.
Demonstrates ability to follow through and implement plans and changes.
