5. Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
6. Maintain accurate records of program attendance, participation, and feedback.
7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure the well-being of participants.
8. Mentor and train staff and volunteers to assist with program implementation.
9. Work with local organizations and businesses to develop partnerships and sponsorships for recreational programs.
10. Continuously evaluate and improve programs based on community feedback and industry trends.
11. Assist with marketing efforts to promote and increase participation in recreational programs.
12. Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices to enhance the quality and effectiveness of programs.
13. Uphold the mission and values of the City of Ventura and represent the organization in a professional manner.
14. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all community members to enjoy recreation.
15. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to coordinate and support community events and initiatives.
