Extensive Experience In Managing Technology Infrastructure: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Overseeing Technology Infrastructure In A Large Organization, Preferably In The Public Sector.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Cto, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of It Professionals And Communicating With Various Stakeholders Within The City. Therefore, Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential.
In-Depth Understanding Of Emerging Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Emerging Technologies And Their Potential Applications In A Municipal Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Cloud Computing, Big Data, And Internet Of Things (Iot).
Proven Track Record Of Successful Technology Implementations: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Large-Scale Technology Projects, Preferably In A Local Government Setting. This Includes Experience In Project Management, Budgeting, And Ensuring Compliance With Regulatory Requirements.
