  1. Analyze workforce data: Conduct thorough analysis of workforce data, including staffing levels, employee performance, and efficiency metrics, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Forecast staffing needs: Utilize data analysis and historical trends to accurately forecast staffing needs for various departments and positions within the City of Tucson.
  3. Develop schedules: Collaborate with department managers to develop and maintain efficient and effective employee schedules that align with business needs and budget constraints.

Job Qualifications
