- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of various departments to assess the quality of services being provided to the community
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any deficiencies
- Collaborate with department heads and staff to develop and implement training programs to improve service delivery and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Monitor and track training progress and effectiveness
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to departments to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards
- Communicate findings and recommendations to department heads and management team
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to service delivery and training
- Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures
- Analyze data and prepare reports on service quality and training effectiveness
- Conduct presentations and workshops to educate staff on quality assurance and training best practices
- Serve as a resource and point of contact for any quality assurance and training related inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and procedures related to service quality and training.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Organizational Development.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Quality Assurance And Training, Preferably In A Government Or Municipal Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Improvement Methodologies And Best Practices, Such As Lean Six Sigma Or Iso Standards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Knowledge Of Training And Development Techniques, Including Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, And Adult Learning Principles.
