  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations of various departments to assess the quality of services being provided to the community
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any deficiencies
  • Collaborate with department heads and staff to develop and implement training programs to improve service delivery and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Monitor and track training progress and effectiveness
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to departments to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to department heads and management team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to service delivery and training
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on service quality and training effectiveness
  • Conduct presentations and workshops to educate staff on quality assurance and training best practices
  • Serve as a resource and point of contact for any quality assurance and training related inquiries or concerns
  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and procedures related to service quality and training.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Organizational Development.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Quality Assurance And Training, Preferably In A Government Or Municipal Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Improvement Methodologies And Best Practices, Such As Lean Six Sigma Or Iso Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Knowledge Of Training And Development Techniques, Including Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, And Adult Learning Principles.
