As a Management Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting managers and directors in achieving their goals and ensuring the efficient functioning of our city.   1. Provide administrative support to managers and directors in various city departments.
  2. Assist in coordinating and organizing meetings, events, and other activities.
  3. Maintain accurate records and files, including confidential information.
  4. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members, city officials, and the public.
  6. Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  7. Manage schedules and calendars for managers and directors.
  8. Monitor and track department budgets and expenses.
  9. Collaborate with team members to complete projects and tasks.
  10. Conduct research and gather information as directed.
  11. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
  12. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  13. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  14. Ensure compliance with city policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Or Management Assistant Role
