- Manage all aspects of the employee onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure fair and consistent practices throughout the organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and assist with recruitment and selection processes.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improvement based on feedback.
- Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to continually improve HR processes and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Adhere to all city policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Director.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For A Human Resources Administrator Position.
Prior Experience In Hr Administration: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Administration, Preferably In A Municipal Or Government Setting.
Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: A Strong Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations Is Essential For An Hr Administrator To Effectively Manage Employee Relations And Ensure Compliance.
