4. Conduct interviews and assessments with applicants to determine their housing needs and eligibility for assistance.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all housing assistance applications and program data.
6. Communicate and coordinate with other city departments, community organizations, and government agencies to provide comprehensive services to residents.
7. Conduct outreach and education programs to increase awareness and understanding of housing services available to the community.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to housing services.
9. Monitor and track program budgets and expenditures, and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
10. Provide excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders, addressing and resolving any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
11. Stay informed and up-to-date on local, state, and federal housing policies and regulations.
12. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of housing services.
13. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to housing services.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
