You will work closely with a team of dedicated attorneys, investigators, and support staff to provide high-quality legal representation to clients from diverse backgrounds.We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled individual with a Juris Doctorate degree and a current license to practice law in Arizona.   1. Provide high-quality legal representation to clients from diverse backgrounds facing criminal charges.
  2. Collaborate with a team of attorneys, investigators, and support staff to develop effective defense strategies.
  3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support defense arguments.
  4. Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients.
  5. Communicate with clients to gather information, explain legal options, and provide updates on their case.
  6. Negotiate with prosecutors to reach favorable outcomes for clients.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed case files and records.
  8. Stay up-to-date with changes in criminal law and legal procedures.
  9. Advocate for the rights of clients and ensure fair and equal treatment under the law.
  10. Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor at all times.
  11. Work efficiently and effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
  12. Collaborate with community organizations and resources to provide holistic support for clients.
  13. Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members.
  14. Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Uphold the principles of fairness, justice, and equality for all members of the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Admission To The Arizona State Bar And Good Standing With The Bar Association.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, Preferably In Criminal Defense.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Criminal Law And Procedures, As Well As Legal Research And Writing Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Advocacy Skills, Including The Ability To Work With Diverse Clients And Handle High-Pressure Situations.
