- Maintain and improve the parks and recreational spaces in the City of Sunnyvale.
- Perform a variety of tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, watering, and general upkeep of park grounds.
- Ensure that all park facilities are clean and safe for public use.
- Assist with the set up and take down of park equipment and facilities for events and programs.
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment necessary for park maintenance.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and residents.

Basic Tool And Equipment Knowledge: Candidates Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Tools And Equipment Commonly Used In Park Maintenance, Such As Lawnmowers, Weed Trimmers, And Hand Tools. This Knowledge Will Help Them Effectively And Safely Operate The Equipment.
