RECREATION: Care Manager (Level 2-5)

Welcome to the City of Sunnyvale's Recreation team! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Manager to join our team at levels 2-5. As a Care Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our community members by creating and implementing recreational programs for individuals of all ages and abilities. 1. Develop and implement recreational programs for individuals of all ages and abilities.
2. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
3. Communicate effectively with community members, staff, and volunteers to promote programs and services.
4. Ensure the safety and well-being of participants by following established protocols and procedures.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of program attendance and participant information.
6. Develop and manage program budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
7. Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from participants to continuously improve programs.
8. Train and supervise program staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
9. Network and build relationships with community organizations to expand program offerings and reach.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recreational programming and incorporate them into program development.
11. Assist with program marketing and promotion through various channels, including social media and community events.
12. Uphold the mission and values of the City of Sunnyvale and the Recreation team in all job duties and interactions.
