9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with young patrons and their families.
10. Provide excellent customer service to all library patrons, including assisting with technology and computer use.
11. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of youth services.
12. Collaborate with other library staff to ensure cohesive and effective services for children and teens.
13. Maintain accurate records and statistics related to children and teen services.
14. Act as a positive role model for children and teens, promoting a love of learning and respect for the library.
15. Adhere to all library policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
