- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain and improve the safety and security of the community.
- Lead and manage a team of public safety personnel, providing guidance, support, and feedback.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees within the public safety department.
- Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior within the department and the community.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities related to public safety as assigned by city officials.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Law Enforcement, Emergency Management, Or Public Safety Leadership Roles.
Extensive Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Laws And Regulations Related To Public Safety.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Effectively Manage A Diverse Team.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Public Safety Strategies And Initiatives.
