  4. Maintain the facility and equipment according to established safety regulations.
  5. Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained.
  6. Provide excellent customer service.
  7. Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a successful recreational program.
  8. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the recreational program.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recreational activities.
  10. Assist with the planning and organization of special events.
