1. Assist in the planning and implementation of recreational programs and activities for residents of all ages.

5. Communicate effectively with team members, community members, and supervisors.

9. Assist in the set-up and clean-up of program spaces and equipment.
10. Continuously seek out ways to improve and enhance recreational programs and activities.

12. Provide excellent customer service to all community members and address any concerns or issues promptly.
13. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working with equipment and participants.
14. Encourage participation and engagement from all community members, regardless of age or ability.
15. Represent the City of St. Louis in a professional and positive manner at all times.
