  1. Conduct health screenings and assessments for individuals in the community.

  5. Collect and analyze data to identify health trends and potential health concerns in the community.

  11. Serve as a resource and advocate for the community in matters related to public health.
  12. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address and improve health disparities within the community.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in the provision of healthcare services.
  14. Communicate effectively with diverse populations and provide culturally competent care.
  15. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of public health services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution

  • Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Missouri

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Public Health Or Community Health Nursing

  • Knowledge Of Local And State Health Regulations And Policies

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Populations And Community Partners.
