Additionally, the candidate should have a strong knowledge of municipal procurement and contract laws, as well as experience in developing and implementing purchasing policies and procedures. The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the procurement of goods and services to obtain the best value for the City of St. Louis.
  2. Ensure compliance with municipal procurement and contract laws.
