Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Housing Development, Preferably In A Municipal Or Government Setting.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Conduct Financial Feasibility Studies And Market Analysis.
