Bachelor's Degree In Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Housing Development, Preferably In A Municipal Or Government Setting.
Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Housing Programs And Regulations.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Conduct Financial Feasibility Studies And Market Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Stakeholders, Including Government Officials, Community Organizations, And Developers.
