
Correctional Program Manager

- Act as a liaison between the correctional facility and community stakeholders to promote understanding and support for rehabilitation programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers to facilitate employment opportunities for program participants.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Participate in meetings and conferences to share program successes and collaborate with other agencies.
- Represent the correctional facility and the community in a professional and positive manner.
- Continuously assess and address any potential risks or challenges in program implementation.
- Strive to reduce recidivism rates and promote successful reentry into society for inmates.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Correctional Setting, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Management Role.
Knowledge Of And Experience With Evidence-Based Practices And Rehabilitation Programs For Incarcerated Individuals.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations And Collaborate With Multiple Stakeholders.
Familiarity With State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Corrections, As Well As The Ability To Develop And Implement Policies And Procedures In Accordance With These Laws.
