As a Communications Service Center Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our residents and employees.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and employees of the City of St. Louis.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries and be able to effectively handle a high volume of calls and emails.
  3. Act as a liaison between various departments and the public, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  4. Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards all individuals, regardless of their inquiry or concern.

  10. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall customer service experience.
  11. Stay updated on policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance in all communications.

  13. Act as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and teamwork within the Communications Service Center.
