1. Plan and coordinate recreational programs and events for the City of Santa Rosa.
2. Assist in the implementation of recreational activities, ensuring they are inclusive and promote a vibrant community.
3. Provide excellent customer service to residents and participants, answering questions and addressing concerns.
4. Actively promote health and wellness through recreational programs and events.
5. Maintain accurate records of program participation and assist with program evaluation.
6. Collaborate with other city departments and community organizations to enhance recreational offerings.
7. Assist with the recruitment and management of volunteers for recreational programs and events.
8. Ensure all facilities and equipment are properly maintained and safe for use.
9. Responsible for the setup, breakdown, and cleanup of recreational events and activities.
10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recreational programming.
11. Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and the public.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
13. Adhere to all city policies and procedures.
14. Other duties as assigned.
