  2. Ensure all building projects comply with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.

  4. Communicate with applicants and contractors to address any issues or concerns regarding their permit applications.
  5. Maintain accurate records of permit applications and approvals.
  6. Review construction plans and blueprints to ensure compliance with building codes and zoning laws.

  8. Provide excellent customer service to applicants by answering questions and providing guidance on the permit process.
