Administrative Analyst

Performs a wide variety of highly responsible professional, analytical, administrative and organizational duties for the Public Works Engineering division. This position is responsible for complex financial management projects and participates in the development and implementation of operational and administrative programs. Incumbent will perform duties with minimal direction. Provides technical support on existing and new contracts and agreements. Incumbent will help department staff collect and analyze information from various sources about a variety of specialized topics related to assigned programs with an emphasis on budget development and management, and preparing cost-benefit and life cycle cost analysis.
