  1. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all city facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.

  3. Regularly inspect facilities for any potential hazards or issues, and take proactive measures to address them.
  4. Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance and repairs with external contractors, vendors, and city departments.

  6. Train and supervise facility maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.

  10. Collaborate with other city departments to identify and address any facility-related issues or needs.
  11. Respond promptly to any facility emergencies and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions.
  12. Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes, laws, and regulations.
  13. Participate in the planning and execution of new facility projects, including renovations and upgrades.
  14. Communicate effectively with city officials, staff, and community members to provide updates on facility maintenance and repairs.
  15. Continuously assess and improve facility management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facility Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Facility Management Or A Similar Role.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Facility Maintenance Best Practices.

  • Experience In Budget Management And Contract Negotiation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders.
