- Conduct regular inspections of city facilities to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for all city facilities.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects.
- Monitor and track facility budgets, expenses, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in all city facilities.
- Respond promptly to any facility-related emergencies or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all facility maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with other city departments to coordinate facility usage and scheduling.
- Train and supervise facility maintenance staff.
- Coordinate and oversee facility cleaning and janitorial services.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with city residents and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in facility management.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure facility compliance with ADA and other accessibility standards.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and inviting atmosphere in all city facilities.
- Serve as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries and concerns from the public.
Bachelor's Degree In Facility Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Facility Management Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Ada Compliance.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.
Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
