8. Collaborate with other agencies, such as police and fire departments, to ensure a coordinated response to emergencies.
9. Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating databases and preparing reports.
10. Adhere to all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data privacy laws.
11. Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain knowledge of emergency response protocols and procedures.
