As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our community members at our various aquatic facilities. 1. Monitor and supervise designated areas of the aquatic facility to ensure the safety of all guests.
2. Enforce all facility rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
3. Provide excellent customer service to all facility guests, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
4. Remain vigilant and alert at all times, quickly responding to any potential safety hazards or emergencies.
5. Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as needed.
6. Maintain accurate records of incidents and complete required reports.
7. Participate in regular training and drills to maintain and improve lifeguard skills.
8. Keep the aquatic facility clean and organized, including regular maintenance of equipment and facilities.
9. Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
10. Act as a positive role model and demonstrate professional behavior at all times.
11. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
12. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
13. Assist with special events and programs as needed.
14. Stay up-to-date on all certifications and training requirements.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
