  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to enterprise clients.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all enterprise clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
  3. Understand the unique needs and requirements of each enterprise client and tailor services accordingly.
  4. Coordinate with various departments and teams within the City of San Jose to provide seamless services to clients.
  5. Act as a liaison between enterprise clients and the City of San Jose, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  6. Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  7. Train and supervise a team of client services representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
  8. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the City of San Jose's services and policies.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement new services or improvements to existing services for enterprise clients.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies in the delivery of services to enterprise clients.
  11. Keep accurate records and reports of client interactions, service requests, and service delivery.
  12. Handle any escalated client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client services management.
  14. Represent the City of San Jose at meetings, conferences, and other events related to enterprise client services.
  15. Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve services and maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Client Services Or Account Management In A Corporate Or Government Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Enterprise Software Systems And Experience Managing Large-Scale Technology Projects.

  • Experience Managing Contracts And Budgets, With A Strong Understanding Of Financial Management Principles.
