Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Administration, Business Management, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In The Public Utilities Sector.
Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Regulations And Laws Related To Public Utilities.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Diverse Workforce.
