  1. Conduct research and analysis on various urban planning and development projects.
  2. Collaborate with senior planners and other team members to develop and implement plans and policies for the city.
  3. Assist in conducting community outreach and engagement efforts to gather input and feedback on proposed projects.
  4. Review and evaluate development proposals for compliance with city regulations and policies.
  5. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in urban planning and development.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans for the city.
  8. Conduct site visits and field surveys to assess potential development sites.
  9. Utilize GIS and other mapping software to analyze and visualize data.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
  11. Attend meetings and public hearings to represent the city's interests and provide expert input.
  12. Collaborate with other city departments and external agencies as needed.
  13. Foster positive relationships with community members and stakeholders.
  14. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  15. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work.
