6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all leasing activities, including property vacancies, leases, and tenant information.
7. Act as a liaison between tenants and property owners, providing timely updates and addressing any maintenance or repair needs.
8. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop creative strategies to attract and retain tenants.
9. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand knowledge and promote City-owned properties.
10. Continuously seek out new leasing opportunities and potential tenants to help grow the City's real estate portfolio.
11. Adhere to all fair housing laws and regulations to ensure equal and unbiased treatment of all applicants and tenants.
12. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns.
13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed leasing goals and targets set by the City.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the City of San Diego and promoting its properties.
