Job Description

The City of Pittsburgh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the TSAP Team Lead. In this role, you will oversee a team of talented technicians and play a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of our Technology Services Asset Protection (TSAP) program.   1. Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the Technology Services Asset Protection (TSAP) program.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficacy and efficiency of the TSAP program.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  4. Provide guidance and support to team members, including coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  5. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the TSAP program, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and address any issues or concerns related to the TSAP program.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and developments to ensure the TSAP program is utilizing the most effective and innovative solutions.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the TSAP program has access to quality products and services.
  9. Create and maintain detailed documentation of the TSAP program, including processes, procedures, and reports.
  10. Act as a liaison between the TSAP team and other departments or agencies to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment with overall technology goals.
  11. Monitor and track the budget for the TSAP program, making adjustments as needed to ensure financial sustainability.
  12. Act as an ambassador for the TSAP program, promoting its benefits and successes to stakeholders and the community.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the TSAP program to meet the evolving needs of the community and organization.
  14. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations in the implementation and management of the TSAP program.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to customer service and a dedication to serving the public through the TSAP program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Technical Support Or It Department.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Technical Support Processes And Procedures, Including Incident Management, Problem Resolution, And Escalation Protocols.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Project Management And Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Delegate Responsibilities To Team Members.
