- Serve as a liaison between the program and other city departments, as well as external agencies and organizations.
- Provide training and support to staff and volunteers involved in the outreach program.
- Represent the program and the city at meetings, conferences, and events related to community outreach and program management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to the program.

Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Community Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Managing Community Outreach Programs Or Similar Initiatives.
Knowledge Of Local Resources And Services Available To Underserved Communities In Pittsburgh.
Strong Leadership And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Outreach Workers.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Community Members, Stakeholders, And Government Officials.
