- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or delays.
- Communicate project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders, including city officials and community members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes in the development and maintenance of structures.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the city and external contractors and vendors to ensure successful project completion.
- Evaluate and approve project proposals and bids from contractors.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures for project management within the city.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in structural engineering, construction, and project management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the project management team.
Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Specifically In The Design And Construction Of Structural Projects.
Professional Engineer (Pe) License In The State Of Pennsylvania.
Strong Knowledge Of Local Building Codes And Regulations.
