  1. Develop and implement meaningful programs that align with the city's goals and values.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and community partners to identify program needs and resources.
  3. Lead and supervise program staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  4. Conduct research and gather data to inform program development and improvements.
  5. Create and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community members, organizations, and government officials.
  7. Plan and coordinate program events, including logistics, promotion, and evaluation.
  8. Monitor and track program progress and outcomes, making adjustments as needed.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for program inquiries and concerns.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate program impact and success.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in program development and management.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and creativity.
  14. Maintain accurate program records and documentation.
  15. Continuously assess and improve program effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Administration, Urban Planning, Or Community Development.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Coordination Or Project Management, Preferably In A Municipal Or Government Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders Including City Officials, Community Organizations, And Residents.

  • Knowledge Of Local Government Policies And Procedures, As Well As Experience Working With Budgeting, Grant Writing, And Reporting.
