- Serve as a point of contact for program inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate program impact and success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in program development and management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and creativity.
- Maintain accurate program records and documentation.
- Continuously assess and improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Administration, Urban Planning, Or Community Development.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Coordination Or Project Management, Preferably In A Municipal Or Government Setting.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders Including City Officials, Community Organizations, And Residents.
Knowledge Of Local Government Policies And Procedures, As Well As Experience Working With Budgeting, Grant Writing, And Reporting.
