1. Greet and welcome all visitors to the city pools in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide excellent customer service to all pool patrons, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
3. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following proper procedures and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and surrounding pool areas.
5. Assist with pool operations, such as monitoring pool safety, enforcing rules and regulations, and assisting with pool maintenance tasks.
6. Communicate effectively with pool staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operation of the pool.
7. Uphold the city's policies and procedures, including those related to safety and customer service.
8. Attend all required trainings and meetings to stay updated on pool policies and procedures.
9. Act as a positive role model for patrons, promoting a safe and enjoyable pool experience for all.
10. Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and in accordance with city policies.
11. Collaborate with other pool staff to plan and execute special events and activities for pool patrons.
12. Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
13. Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe environment for all patrons.
14. Continuously strive to improve customer service and make suggestions for ways to enhance the pool experience for patrons.
15. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by supervisors.
