  1. Oversee and manage construction projects throughout the City of Pittsburgh, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

  3. Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Foreman Role In A Related Field, Such As Construction, Maintenance, Or Public Works.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of City Codes, Regulations, And Procedures Related To Construction And Maintenance Projects.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Workers.

  • Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Blueprints, Plans, And Technical Specifications.

  • Valid Driver's License And Ability To Operate Various Types Of Equipment And Tools Commonly Used In Construction And Maintenance Work.
