  1. Coordinate and support various projects and initiatives within the department.
  2. Provide high-quality administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing materials.
  3. Maintain organized and accurate records, documents, and databases.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
  5. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges in project or task coordination.
  6. Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
  7. Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  8. Participate in team meetings and provide input and suggestions for improvement.
  9. Act as a liaison between the department and other city departments or external organizations.
  10. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Conduct research and compile data as needed.
  12. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to streamline procedures.
  14. Act as a positive representative of the department and the city.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the department manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Administrative Or Coordination Roles.

  • Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks Efficiently.
