- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current benefits and wellness programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Educate employees on available benefits and wellness resources and provide guidance on how to utilize them.
- Collaborate with insurance providers and other vendors to negotiate competitive benefit packages and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee benefits and wellness programs.
- Communicate regularly with employees to address any questions or concerns related to benefits and wellness programs.
- Work closely with the Human Resources team to ensure seamless integration of benefits and wellness initiatives into overall employee experience.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee benefits and wellness programs.
- Plan and organize events and workshops to promote employee well-being and engagement.
- Assist with the enrollment process for new hires and provide ongoing support for current employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures related to benefits and wellness programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding any issues or inquiries related to benefits and wellness programs.
- Identify and address any potential issues or discrepancies in benefits and wellness programs and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance employee benefits and wellness programs.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Benefits Administration And/Or Wellness Program Management.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws Related To Employee Benefits, Such As The Affordable Care Act And Fmla.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Employees.
Experience With Developing And Implementing Wellness Initiatives, Including Coordinating Events And Promoting Healthy Behaviors.
