Technology Project Manager

Primary responsibilities for this position include defining and documenting project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Coordinates day-to-day project tasks with departments and provides professional advice to supervisors. Recruits, selects, supervise, determines work priorities, allocates work assignments and evaluates employees; identifies, recommends and arranges training for division staff. Coordinates and communicates project activities, City department/division requirements, and flow of projects; schedules and conducts project reviews with staff. Prepares and presents staff reports and other necessary documents or correspondence to appropriate boards, groups and/or committees.

Oxnard is a seaside city west of Los Angeles, in California. Its central Carnegie Art Museum displays contemporary California art in a former library, built in 1906.
