Golf Outside Services Attendant

1. Greet and welcome golfers as they arrive at the course, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression.
2. Assist with the loading and unloading of golf bags and equipment onto carts for golfers, ensuring that all items are secure and accounted for.
3. Maintain a clean and organized staging area for golf carts and ensure that carts are properly stocked with necessary supplies such as scorecards, pencils, and towels.
4. Monitor the pace of play on the course and communicate with golfers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all players.
5. Provide directions and assistance to golfers on navigating the course, including pointing out hazards and answering any questions they may have.
6. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the golf course, including picking up trash and debris, raking bunkers, and repairing divots.
7. Operate golf course equipment, such as mowers and utility vehicles, as needed to assist with course maintenance.
8. Keep accurate records of golf cart usage, inventory, and other related tasks in accordance with established procedures.
9. Communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel, such as course managers or maintenance staff, to ensure a high level of service and course maintenance.
10. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the course and ensure that golfers are also following safety guidelines.
11. Continuously strive to enhance the overall golfing experience for customers by being proactive, friendly, and attentive to their needs.
12. Attend training and development sessions to improve knowledge and skills related to golf course operations and customer service.
13. Collaborate with fellow staff members to promote a positive and cohesive work environment.
14. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards all customers and colleagues at all times.
