Golf Concession Worker

1. Greet and welcome golfers to the golf course concession area in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting golfers with their food and beverage orders and answering any questions they may have.
3. Maintain a clean and organized concession area, including restocking inventory and ensuring proper sanitation protocols are followed.
4. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Maintain knowledge of menu items, prices, and specials to make recommendations and inform golfers of any promotions.
6. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards while handling and preparing food and beverages.
7. Assist with setting up and closing down the concession area before and after shifts.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
9. Continuously strive to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for golfers.
10. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
11. Follow all rules and regulations set by the City of Omaha and the golf course management.
12. Maintain a professional and neat appearance at all times while on duty.
13. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
14. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
15. Adhere to all safety protocols and report any safety hazards or incidents to management.
16. Continuously seek to improve and enhance the overall experience for golfers at the City of Omaha golf courses.
17. Perform other duties as assigned by the concession manager or supervisor.
