- Greet members and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse facility at all times.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment.
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of events and activities in the clubhouse.
- Respond to member and guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all users.
- Maintain accurate records of clubhouse usage and equipment lending.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
- Address and resolve any customer service issues or concerns that may arise.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the overall member and guest experience.
- Attend trainings and meetings to stay updated on club policies, procedures, and offerings.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the City of Omaha in a positive light.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for members and guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For A Clubhouse Attendant Job At City Of Omaha Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates Basic Knowledge And Skills In Reading, Writing, And Math That Are Necessary For The Job.
Customer Service Experience: As A Clubhouse Attendant, You Will Be Interacting With Members Of The Community On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Having Previous Experience In Customer Service Is Important For This Role. This Can Include Working In Retail, Hospitality, Or Any Other Customer-Facing Role.
