Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In A Hr Or Workforce Analytics Role.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Software Such As Excel, Tableau, Or R, As Well As Hris Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Metrics And Kpis, And Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights For Hr And Organizational Leaders.
Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Make Recommendations For Hr Strategies And Initiatives.
