  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns related to HR processes and policies.
  2. Develop and maintain HR data dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and present findings to leadership.
  3. Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to gather data and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Utilize statistical analysis and predictive modeling to inform strategic decision-making.
  5. Provide recommendations for enhancements to HR processes and policies based on data insights.
  6. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and cleaning data sets.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in HR data analytics.
  8. Communicate complex data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to a non-technical audience.
  9. Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion by incorporating diverse data sets and perspectives into analysis and recommendations.
  10. Train and support HR team members in utilizing data analytics tools and techniques.
  11. Collaborate with IT team to maintain and improve HR data systems and infrastructure.
  12. Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive HR data.
  13. Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure data sharing and integration.
  14. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support overall organizational goals.
  15. Continuously seek out new data sources and methods to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes and policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In A Hr Or Workforce Analytics Role.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis Software Such As Excel, Tableau, Or R, As Well As Hris Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Metrics And Kpis, And Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights For Hr And Organizational Leaders.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Make Recommendations For Hr Strategies And Initiatives.
